Caffeine May Reduce Athletic Performance: Study

Caffeine is a stimulant, but may actually impair athletic performance, according to researchers at the University Hospital and the Center for Integrative Human Physiology in Zurich. Caffeine reduces the body's ability to boost blood flow to the heart muscle in response to exercise, study results indicate.
