Drinking just two cups of coffee before exercise decreases blood flow to the heart while you're working out, and this reduction is most pronounced at high altitudes, reports Reuters of new research from University Hospital Zurich.

Wait! Aren't there drinks on the market (coined as "energy drinks") that have CAFFEINE as one of their ingredients?? And yet, these same drinks are marketed to athletes who are training or in competition??
And if this article is true, then these "so-called energy drinks" w/caffeine are "oxymoronical" at best!
